About Me

My name is Michelle, who runs the breeding, and I live in Stockholm with my cats. AngelFreyjas is today a small breeding with a start-up in 2022. I love cats and have had cats for a long time, read all I can about them and volunteered at Kattstallet, a cat shelter in Stockholm.

I got my first Mau back in 2010, from a cattery that was then in Eskilstuna but today has taken a break with its breeding, and has since then been attached to the breed's fantastic peculiarities, intelligence, appearance and history.

I also think it's fun to show my cats out and try to be seen here and there whenever I can. Maun is so rare as a breed still that getting the chance to be seen a little everywhere is extremely valuable to me and the future of the breed.

 

The cat's health is also important to me, and I will therefore breed healthy cats that can advance the breed's health. I do this in collaboration with other breeders who are passionate about the same thing.
